Matthew Miners, Managing Director

A former professional property manager, Matthew has extensive experience in commercial and residential property and a deep understanding of the cost and maintenance pressures property owners and managers face.

From 1998 to 2007 he was an IT consultant working with IT infrastructure, which taught him a great deal about how to successfully migrate businesses from old to new technologies.

Lumenate is the culmination of Matthew’s professional experiences – a company founded on the simple idea that where better, more efficient, more sustainable technology exists, the only logical course is to implement it.
